Form and freedom was founded by Yinka Oshitelu in 2014 in a community centre in Saitama with less than a handful of students.

From there it has grown from one community centre based dance class to a movement offering adult classes, after school clubs, preschool lessons and we are still growing. Our goal has always been to help people express themselves through dance instead of just train people to replicate steps perfectly. The dance styles we focus on (namely Hip Hop and Afro beats) are very much steeped in the cultures from which they emerged. We try to stay true to the heart of the origins of these styles ( expression and community) while adapting to the context in which we teach; schools clubs etc.

[PE Lessons]

These are dance lessons that are part of the regular curriculum and are part of the schools physical education program

[After school dance clubs]

We run and operate hip hop clubs within schools and institutions of learning. We teach mainly in English but can offer lessons in Japanese if requested.
These clubs come at no cost to the school and help to diversify the selection of extra curricular activities that school has to offer.

[Birthday parties/special events]

If you have a special event where an Afro beats / hip hop immersive dance experience is desired, we have you covered. Please contact us directly for quotes on prices. If you have an event that you need choreography for we can create and teach customised dance pieces for/ to your students.

[Corporate events]

If you require hip hop/ Afro beats or reggae themed dance performance at your special work do, look no further.

[Private lessons]

Form and freedomは 2014年にYinka Oshiteluが埼玉のコミュニティセンターでわずかな数の学生を集めて設立しました。


その後、コミュニティセンターを拠点とした1つのダンスクラスから、大人向けのクラス、放課後クラブ、プリスクールのレッスンを提供する運動へと発展し、現在も成長を続けています。私たちの目標は、ステップを完璧に再現するためのトレーニングではなく、ダンスを通じて人々が自己表現できるようにすることです。私たちが注目するダンススタイル（ヒップホップやアフロビート）は、その起源となった文化に深く根ざしているものです。私たちは、これらのスタイルの原点である表現とコミュニティの核心に忠実でありながら、学校、クラブなどの教える状況に適応するよう心がけています。

<ダンススクール>

<体育の授業>

通常のカリキュラムに含まれるダンスレッスンで、学校の体育の一環として行われるものです。

<正課レッスン>

各レッスンごとに設定された料金があり、学校または教育機関がレッスン料を支払います。フォームアンドフリーダムは、生徒から直接代金を徴収することはありません。

<課外 放課後ダンスクラブ>

学校や教育機関内でヒップホップ・クラブを運営・管理しています。主に英語で指導していますが、ご要望があれば日本語でのレッスンも可能です。保護者から直接受講料をお支払いいただきます。学期ごと、またはお月謝でお支払いいただきます。これらのクラブは、学校に負担をかけることなく、学校が提供する課外活動の選択肢を多様化するのに役立っています。

<誕生日会/特別なイベント>

アフロビーツ/ヒップホップなダンス体験が必要な特別なイベントがある場合、私たちはあなたをカバーしています。料金のお見積もりは、直接お問い合わせください。

<お遊戯会などの振付>

生徒のためにカスタマイズしたダンス作品を制作し、提供、指導いたします。 料金は内容やボリュームにより異なりますので、お気軽にご相談ください。
